Return postage costs should be paid by the buyer, and proof of shipment must be retained by buyer as evidence to send us if required. We cannot take responsibility for the products lost without a proof of delivery and the product is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend you use a reliable and trustworthy delivery service that insures you for the value of your item.
It is buyer’s responsibility to make sure product(s) reach our returns address, which is given below.
A request for return or exchange of unwanted products could be sent to us within 14 days of purchase. However, we reserve the right to either accept that or reject that request. If the request is approved, it will be buyer’s responsibility to make sure product is in original unopened packing. Furthermore, buyer will be charged restocking fees of at least 25% or more of purchase price and our shipment costs. If products develop a defect while under warranty, you should inform us in writing at email@example.com
It is buyers’ responsibility to keep original packing and all contents of products, and should be sent back should buyer wishes to initiate return/exchange.
Products purchased on discounted price or on special offers: if product is requested for return or exchange at a time when product on our stores has gone back to full price, only discounted price you paid will be considered for refund / exchange purposes - subject to terms mentioned in other parts of this policy.
If a refund is approved, the refund will be credited back to the payment method you used while purchasing that, minus the shipment cost.
Card refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on the card issuer’s processing times, which is beyond our control.
We reserve right to accept or reject the request for refund / exchange of items that reach us damaged or faulty.
Refund / exchange requests made after 14 days of purchase may be accepted at our discretion.
